Today sissy came into town and Rawley couldn't wait for her to out of bed. By noon...teenagers. Rawley is now trying to pull himself up on things and when you hold your hands out and he is already sitting, he will try to pull himself up. He is such a little determined boy. Once sissy woke up, it took a while to warm up to her :( He wasn't happy, but once he did he couldn't get enough of her! They watched the AMA's together and stalked Justin Bieber and cuddled <3 Once he got bored with that he decided to cuddle with dad and watch Yo Gabba Gabba...the kid is sadly hooked on that show.
I had to corral Rawley while taking a shower this morning because he woke up late (which is great for me, but bad for the rest of the day). Normally, the only time I can shower is during his morning nap but today we left early so we could go get lunch with Aunt Meg and Mimi. We went to Chili's and Rawley just kicked back in the high chair and ate his puffs. After, we went to Michael's to pick up some stuff for his Christmas crafts and decided to try on some cute hats. Finally, sissy drove us home. Yep, sissy drove us home ;)
Rawley decided to crawl all the way from the living room into the kitchen and after he made that long trek...he found the door stop. He hit that door stop for at least 20 minutes. Great! I'm starting to work on some Christmas projects that Pinterest has inspired me to do. I love that site. Oh hey Rawl! Did you get some puffs all over you again?? Trying to get a cute after bathtub shot, but he was so cold he kept shivering. Poor boy :(
Today daddy had the day off so we spent the morning hanging out and playing. Since dad was home, sissy and I went to go see Breaking Dawn. One word = AWESOME! We spent the afternoon having a barbecue with friends since the temperature was about 80! This friends is called Green Go. Not really, but that is what my family has always named it. It's SO good and I finally learned how to make it perfectly. It's just pistachio pudding mix, pineapples and mandarin oranges mixed in with some cool whip. My family has always ate this for Thanksgiving so I love to continue to make it for our tradition.
We woke up Friday and did another walk for a couple of miles as a family to walk that dinner off from the night before! Then we spent the afternoon at Mimi's to hang out since Uncle Colin and Cousins Ry and Carter are in town. Later we all went to Zoo Lights which was a debacle! It was SO crowded. It kind of takes the fun out of things if you ask me.
Saturday was a busy day! Some friends from Colorado were in town visiting so they came over and we had a barbeque. They have a little boy just a few months younger than Rawley and he couldn't be cuter (except for Rawley of course)! ;) Sadly, sissy went home today. Rawley was so sad to see sissy go, but we will see her for Christmas! :) After that we dropped Rawley over at Gma's house so daddy and mommy can go hang out with some of mommy's old friends from high school. We were attending the 2011 Chili Cook-Off in support of the Scott Helping Children Foundation. It was our first year attending and we had the best time! We ended the night catching up with everyone over a roaring outside fire.

Happy Thanksgiving! We started the day early and right by doing our local 5k. We did both a walk and run and it only took us 58 minutes, but it was great to get out and get that calorie bank up before we stuffed our bellies ;) Once we got to Aunt Megan's house Rawley hadn't taken a nap at all so he finally passed out around 2 and slept until about 5 so he didn't eat dinner with us. When he woke up he wore his turkey hat loud and proud!
