our week in da iphone: week 39

I love holiday weeks!  We were lucky to have Ryan home pretty much all week this week!  We went to a lot of BBQ's, vacationed, swam and hung out with family and friends.  It was a great week :)

Monday was a bunch of nothing so I hope you don't mind that I just skipped right over it?? ;0)

tuesday.  i woke up to this handsome little boy who later again strolled around the house with his infamous look, one shoe off and one shoe on.  i also hit 24 weeks this week and it really shows how much i have gained this week!  yowzers.

we went to our friends house to swim and bbq.  rawley lounged in the hammock and basked in the sun for a bit all by himself.  we later went to our local park to watch the fireworks.  rawley was so good staying up way past his bed time and was so happy playing with his friends and cousins, but once the fireworks started he cried like crazy.  he wasn't a fan.  :(

wednesday.  happy 4th of july with a festive breakfast:  red pancakes topped with powder sugar with blueberries, raspberries and strawberries finished with whipped cream.  yep, i'm domestic on holidays only. 

we decided to drive up north and enjoy the amazing cool weather we had today.  this never happens around our parts.  rawley enjoyed running around the park waiting for the show.

thursday.  we went to the water park in our neighborhood, but rawley haaaated it because he was so tired from the past couple of long days.  he ended up taking a stellar nap once we got home, almost 4 hours.  we ended the day with some playtime and a much needed bath.

friday.  we went to the grand canyon for a quick little family vacation.  we had the best time!  rawley had a hard time with it by the end of the day, probably because he was just bored, but we had a great time!
