yeah, dawson is almost fifteen months and i just got around to taking his "one year" pics a couple weeks ago {for the record, we got rawley's taken around the same time so i don't feel so bad ;0)}. my wonderful photographer friend shauna took rawley's one year pictures while out here visiting my sister in law, but sadly we couldn't get to her for dawson as she lives in colorado.

i tried to replicate rawley's picture myself with dawson so i can hang them side by side in their play room. i was pretty close, but wasn't able to get the exact money shot. nonetheless, i adore these pics and so happy i took them!

and here are some outtakes of the rest of his "photo shoot". he had no patience or desire to sit in this chair {which used to be big sissy's when she was a little girl} and he would rather run around and be with brother or scare mom to death by running to the waterfall and stand closer than an inch away from the water's ledge. stinker.

we decided to grab a bite to eat immediately after their meltdowns ensued.
