happy october!

my favorite time of the year!  although our temps are still "summer weather" to most, it's a huge relief to have the highs below 100 and the ability to have our windows open first thing in the morning and smell that nice cool air. 

this week we busted out all our fall decor and festive jammies, play dates, school and lots of park play.  it's nice to be able to take the boys to the park after naps to kill that time before dad gets home from work.  we are having much better days around here and i think the cooler weather is to blame :0)

coloring, rawley loves to color  |  i have no idea what's going on here, but i asked for silly faces  |  dawson is now 11 months {which reminds me i still need to take his 11 month pictures}  |  dawson is the sand eater...and the rock eater...and the weed eater...  |  brothers playing nicely together in our friend's sandbox  |  i turned the corner and dawson is sitting on the back of the trike, the moment i got out the camera he started waving like crazy  |  dawson loves to do somersaults...besides, what's cuter than him on his tippy toes anyway??  |  trike riding with the cup clenched between his teeth, his night night on the back and shuffling along on his tip toes...love  |  discovers that the school bus is about to drop off a bunch of kids across the street from the park and he goes ape shit!  he loves watching the kids get off the bus and chases them around the park.  the kids aren't too sure of it, but rawley thinks they are pretty cool
