dawson is eleven months.

11 months people!!

 

 i know everyone says the year goes fast and although it has, it's been a complete blur.  dawson is a pretty chill baby as long as he is fed and has had some sleep, but having a toddler in tow along with dawson's rapid growth and doing everything much earlier than big brother did has this mamma still completely exhausted. 

dawson is seriously such a sweet boy and he has us cracking up every single day with his shenanigans.  he is so animated and loves to be the life of the party.  this boy is no observer, he loves to get into the mix of things!

 

age:  11 months!  i cannot believe we are approaching 1 year already.  i literally just started to gather stuff for his first birthday party which in my world, is completely behind schedule.  second child problems...

clothes:  mostly 18-24 month sleepers/ jammies and onsies.  size 5 wide shoes.  size 4 diapers still and 12-18 month shorts. 

favorite foods:  everything!  this kid cannot get enough of food...period.  he eats his food so fast and if you don't put the food on his tray fast enough he will throw his body to move his chair up to the table and get himself or he will keep hitting the table until you give it to him.  i'm scared for when he becomes active in sports or a growing teenager.

favorite words:  he will point to everything and call it ball.  he will point to his paper airplane mobile and say "pain".  "dad" is always a classic, but he is more into saying "mom" or "mom mom".  while he is drinking milk or sees his bottle he makes the sound of "kkkkk".  he is very talkative, but i think he is just wanting to do whatever his big brother is doing.

milestones:  he's still practicing walking and he his getting much better and more brave.  he will walk across our living room and around corners.  he's also starting to climb on step stools or attempt the ottoman so i'm sure we are going to have to watch out here really soon.

 

 

i love every minute spent with this guy!  he is guaranteed to make us laugh and then shower us with snuggles and silly faces.  i can't believe we are on our way to ONE!!
