dawson is 17 months!

age:  17 months

stats:  undecided

clothes:  still wearing 18-24 months clothes and now in a size 6 shoe

favorite foods:  he never turns down a dish unless he is DONE for the day or not feeling well so pretty much every food is still his favorite with the exception of fruit.  veggies are a hit or miss.  he has started really getting into dipping everything into something {ranch, bbq sauce, steak sauce, ketchup, etc} it makes him look so grown up and i'm not sure why.

 

new words:  he says "tank youu" {thank you} all the time.  he'll say dinosaur and always bends his body backwards and says "rrrooarrr".  he'll say most of the animal sounds and knows when looking at pots or pans that they are  "hot"

 

favorite activities:  he could play outside all day long {just like his brother}, but mainly he does anything big brother likes to do.  he is {they both are} in the monkey see-monkey do phase.  sometimes it's good, but most times it is bad ;0)

least favorite activities:  brushing his teeth!  he will stick his tongue out and follow the toothbrush around so i can't touch his teeth.  i have to hold his hands with my arm and pry his mouth open with my hands.  he throws a huge fit, but it has to get done.

personality traits:  he is starting to show the first signs of being ornery and doing things on purpose just to push my buttons.  some days it's extremely funny, but some days i am not feeling and it makes it extra frustrating to deal with.  he is all his dad, that's for sure!



 this boy!  he is getting crazier and more funny every day.  this one is going to keep us on our toes for sure!
